Ellie brings her years of experience from the classroom and parent coaching as well as her kind, understanding demeanor to the workshop environment. She fosters a safe space to speak openly about all the challenges (and blessings) that come with parenting. The workshop was organized, and professional but also informal enough to speak to each other uninhibitedly. Ellie offered solutions, points to consider and techniques to try with my children when navigating difficult situations. She also supported parents in techniques to support a calm response, and communication skills that can be adapted for communicating with our children.
